Service Description

Included in this service is: Prenatal support Initial consultation in person, over the phone, or via zoom, to go over your needs during labor, birth and postpartum. You will have unlimited phone calls, texts, and emails with any questions or concerns you have from the time you hire me as your doula. If you need help with your birth plan I can help. Labor & Birth Support I am on call 24/7 starting at 36 weeks When in early labor you can Call, Text or have me in person for support In-person support during labor Anything in my doula bag you can use including essential oils, hot stones, massage oils, honey sticks, a handheld fan, and more. I am there to ask any questions or advocate for you in any way you need to to with your healthcare providers With your phone or mine, during labor and or birth, I can capture those special moments you may not be able to get. Postpartum support Initial breastfeeding support and bonding in the first few hours after delivery. Weekly check-ins via call or text during the first 6 weeks to make sure you and your family are setting in and to see if you have any postpartum or newborn care questions or concerns. Options for encapsulation: TCM (Steamed) Placenta: This method gives less capsules than the raw method because the placenta shrinks a little during the steaming process. Once steamed, I will dehydrate the placenta to food-safe internal temperatures. This method has been known to have a smoother emotional transition and a stronger stable milk supply along with other benefits. Raw- No steaming: This method provides the most capsules as the placenta is not steamed. Once I get your placenta I will start dehydrating it to a food-safe internal temperature. The nutrients and hormones will stay the same just as in the steaming method. Free Umbilical cord keepsake: I will dehydrate your umbilical cord into a shape if you would like to keep it as a memorable piece. The shapes I can do are heart, infinity, LOVE (depending on length) or any letter you want. Placenta Print: Blood print (+$15) Blood Print with birth details (+$20) Painted print (+$25) Painted print with birth details (+$30) Your Placenta capsules will be delivered within 24-48 hours after pick up or drop off.
